JOB PURPOSE
You will lead innovations, big and small, that will make our business win and grow. The CMI will be the crucial lynchpin to spot growth opportunities by channel and identify opportunities to sharpen our UBS 6P levers and drive actions that lead to commercial growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understand local consumers, culture and social media to identify trends and growth opportunities.
* Carry the wide responsibility for large transformative initiatives in the market/BU.
* Deployment of BBM and local innovation and leading innovation design for local market projects.
* Providing high level guidance for Social first/demand creation marketing.
* Supporting transformational CSP initiatives.
* UBS and performance guidance for the local market.
* Connecting with BG Shopper & Channel team and BG Analytics team for support.
* Work with UniOps/D&A to automate standard reporting systems.

Experience
* 3+ years experience.
