We are looking for a Proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts for the Mobility division. This role involves supporting execution of marketing strategies to support lead generation and drive sales of Mobility products and services across all digital platforms. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the planning and creation of engaging content for our social media platforms as well managing digital CRM activity. This role spans B2B marketing in Fuel Cards and B2C marketing in Retail and will report directly to the Marketing Director for Mobility

The Role:
* Assist in executing digital marketing plans for B2B & B2C Mobility propositions.
* Bring a customer-first approach to improve the digital customer experience.
* Support tactical sales campaigns and lead generation activities targeting renewable fuel customer segments through data-driven decisions.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of online content strategies to increase awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager for Retail and the Marketing Director for Mobility, to support integrated strategic plans aimed at achieving shared KPIs and a 3-year growth plan.
* Deliver engaging, results-driven digital marketing campaigns from acquisition through to nurture and cross-sell, across all available channels.
* Bring a basic understanding of referral mechanics, conversion optimization, and SEO, with a willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
* Be data-driven and eager to understand user behaviour to improve their experience at every opportunity.
* Research and communicate digital industry trends to inform proposition development and campaigns.
* Assist in delivering goals/KPIs for all marketing activities, measuring and reporting ROI monthly, and continually improving performance.
* Contribute to business growth opportunities and incremental profit proposals in line with the company’s vision.
* Undertake additional tasks as requested by the Marketing Director for Mobility.
* Align all activity to business KPIs and priorities
* Evaluate and report ROI for all digital activity
* Bring passion for content creation and strong supplier management skills.
* Influence sales teams for prioritising sales initiatives
* Be aware of, understand and contribute to the department’s budget obligations
We’re looking for:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Preferably holds a marketing qualification
* 3 years+ digital marketing experience
* Fully confident in preparing and delivering digital marketing and CRM activity plans
* Commercially astute and able to demonstrate ROI
* Evidence of having delivered effective multi-channel digital marketing activities, including content creation, SEO, SEM, PPC, organic and paid social media management. Any experience of integrating digital marketing with AI sales tools would be an advantage
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of working successfully within a matrix management structure
* Project management skills are essential
* Curious in nature and keen to understand the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ and ‘how’
* Organised, accountable and driven - self-motivated and not need (or want) to be micro-managed
* Experience in the Mobility / Fuel sector is an advantage
