Saepio is an information security solutions provider working with UK based corporate customers with between 100 – 10,000 employees. We help our clients protect their customer data, applications, and systems from cyber attacks.
As the cyber threat landscape continues to evolve, Saepio is growing rapidly to meet the increasing demand for gold standard cybersecurity solutions. To support our growth, we are recruiting a Marketing Director to lead our Marketing function.

This is an incredible opportunity to join as the first ever Marketing Director working directly with the new Co-CEOs following recent institutional investment into the company.
As Marketing Director, you will manage the entire function and be tasked with creating a marketing plan to achieve the business objectives of the Co-CEOs. Once signed off and budgeted, you will be responsible for executing the plan and reporting on its performance and ROI.
You will be a data driven individual that is fluent in using the latest MarTech tools to drive demand gen.
This is a perfect role for someone that is currently the Head of Marketing or #2 in a growing business and is ready to step up to be the lead in a high-performance culture as it enters its next phase of growth.
Own the budget and key activities to drive marketing efforts.
Technical Tooling and Data Analysis
Conduct detailed data analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies, ensuring maximum ROI.
Produce reporting to present findings to the Co-CEOs, including conversation rates and performance at each stage of the funnel for each channel.
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
Lead all functions of marketing and customer acquisition, including but not limited to, SEO optimisation, paid search, sponsorship, field marketing and social selling.
Manage the marketing operations budget and ensure resources are properly allocated to maximise efficiency and results.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.
Create strategies with various sizes of budget that are flexible to allow for experimental spending across channels, based on clear KPIs and ROI.
Ensure the strategy is data led, utlising both internal historic data and industry benchmarking.
Data Management and Analytics
Work closely with sales to ensure data is captured at the right level.
Analyse data to provide executable recommendations into marketing/sales conversion performance and market trends, decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Build out vendor briefs to obtain material and strategic funding for events which are planned as part of an annual content calendar.
Senior Relationship Building
Ensure that all marketing operations comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
Stay updated on new laws and regulations that may affect marketing practices and implement changes as needed.
Is data led and an expert in B2B marketing
* Familiar with all the digital (and non-digital) channels that experiments can be run on and how to measure their success.
* Has excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
* Has a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
Bachelor’s degree.
~7+ years of marketing experience, within the technology sector.
~ Proven experience with technical marketing tools (e.g. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance issues related to cybersecurity.
