Vacancy: Early Years Room Leader

At YMCA Childcare Providence, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join our setting. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to immerse themselves in quality care and education, ensuring the best start to a child’s educational journey, and leading a team to maintain an Outstanding provision.

The ideal candidate requires the following skills and qualifications:
* Qualified with a minimum relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification, or equivalent
* A minimum of two years post qualifying experience
* Extensive working knowledge of the EYFS
* Experience of managing other people, including volunteers
* Strong leadership skills
* Be motivated to provide high quality Childcare at all times
Days and hours:
38 hours per week. Shifts between 7.45am - 6.15pm across 4 days.
Salary and Benefits:
£25,668.24. Plus a *£500 sign on bonus.
