The Best Connection are currently seeking Assembly Operatives to work at our brand new client based in Somercotes, Alfreton!!
PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO USE YOUR MOBILE PHONE WHILST ON THE SHOP FLOOR DURING WORKING HOURS!!
Within a product assembly role, the following duties apply:
* Combining cardboard parts to create finished goods.
* Follow specific instructions and guidelines to ensure the assembled products meet the required quality standards.
* General housekeeping of work station.
Required skills:
* Strong attention to detail and quality control.
* Good time management.
* Positive attitude to learning new skills and the ability to work unsupervised after training.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet production targets and use their initiative.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team, you will be reliable and trustworthy.
* No experience is required for this role but previous warehouse or production experience is desirable.
Working hours & pay rate:
* Monday - Friday on a rotating shift (days - 0630 - 1430, afters - 1400-2200)
* Pay rate is £11.62 per hour
* Overtime available at weekends paid at time and a half and double time
