We're delighted to be recruiting an experienced Housing Partnership Manager to join our team. This is an exciting time to join us as we transition into a regional model with a priority on having a local presence to ensure our neighbourhoods are places where people want to live and can grow and thrive. Overseeing the delivery of the housing management services, you'll ensure our services are efficient, meet our service delivery standards and with a focus on continuous improvement and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. You'll lead a Housing Partnership Team in the South Region ensuring they're skilled, highly performing and as committed as you are to delivering an exemplary customer service. A strong knowledge of the Housing sector, relevant legislation and our regulatory operating environment will be key along with significant experience of delivering neighbourhood and tenancy management services. Experience of managing a team is desirable but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a huge difference in the lives of our customers and enable our communities and those within them to grow and thrive in safe and secure environments.
