About you
I am looking for an experienced store manager to manage the new store in St. Albans. Acting as a brand ambassador and reporting into the Cluster Manager, you’ll be involved in the setup of the new store, represent the brand, bring excellent customer service skills and live and breathe the core values of sustainability and eco-conscious fashion.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting with the setup of the store and managing day-to-day store operations.
2. Managing a team of supervisors and sales associates.
3. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent sales service.
4. Assessing customers' needs and providing assistance and information on all in-store products.
5. Following and achieving the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, going above and beyond to drive sales.
6. Maintaining stock levels and presentable condition of assigned areas.
7. Ensuring consistent knowledge on products and new arrivals, with an ability to cross-sell products and offer styling solutions to customers.
8. Processing POS (point of sale) purchases.
9. Handling returns.
10. Suggesting ways to improve sales through visual merchandising and styling.
11. Representing the brand positively and passionately.
To hit the ground running, you'll come with store management experience for a high-growth womenswear retailer, a commercial and sales-driven mindset, and a passion for responsible products.
