We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading UK Law Firm in their search for an ambitious Employment Solicitor, to join the ranks of their pre-eminent team in Belfast at Associate level.

Your New Role
As the employment solicitor, you will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, and deal with a wide range of clients. There is also an international element to the team’s work,
In Belfast, the employment team consists of two Partners, one Consultant Partner, two Managing Associates, one Senior Associate and 3 Associates, a trainee, 3 paralegals, as well as a Managing Practice Development Lawyer and support team.
What You Need To Succeed
As the Employment Solicitor, you will be a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland, England and Wales or the Republic of Ireland.
You will be NQ-4 years’ PQE and gained the benefit of training and development in a well-respected employment team.
You must have comprehensive employment law knowledge, a strong analytical ability, and a clear communication style (both spoken and written). A commercial approach to client service is essential, and you must enjoy doing business development and, above all, must be a team player.
