Partner with the best As a Lead Manufacturing Training Specialist, you will be responsible for: Providing expertise in analysing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business or function. Focusing on technical training essential for a particular business or function Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs. Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Handling standardized manufacturing processes and providing guidelines for choosing the right actions. Implementing updated Processes and procedures Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Manufacturing). Can demonstrate proven experience in Training Design and Delivery. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to influence others and lead small teams. Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
