Our communication with clients is primarily via phone and email, allowing for a relaxed dress code. Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Client Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. You will be supported by a Team Leader, Assistant Accountants and other team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 180-200 clients. Communicate professionally with clients via calls and emails. Provide excellent customer service. Assist and train clients on using our bookkeeping portal. Offer tax planning and ad hoc advice as needed. Review and approve accounts before sending them to clients. Prepare self-assessment tax returns for client approval.
