You will ensure that products and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while leading and motivating your team to achieve their objectives. Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement quality policies and procedures. Develop long-term quality improvement plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Analyse data and KPIs to drive improvements in quality and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with Technical teams to align with customer expectations. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
