We are looking for a new colleague to join our team Your Role Your role is to aid and assist clients in all phases of consignment preparation, handle and monitor client activities ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies, handle and monitor live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies and work collaboratively with all other departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Your Responsibilities - Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick's online booking portal Quickonline, (which includes routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order. - Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non EU destinations. - To assist in providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-up's (which includes relaying details pertaining to flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc). - Monitoring and actioning of client emails via the shared mailbox's. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Calculating and arranging the positioning of suitable temperature controlled packaging & logger supplies. - Tracking and tracing consignments and providing the client with status updates throughout transit. Process client's daily reports and manifests. - Monitoring and actioning of special alarms (SPA's) via Quick Track. - Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients. - Working in conjunction with the pricing team to provide clients with requested quotations in a timely manner. - Providing assistance to & working alongside Customer Relationship & Key Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and prompt actioning of client bookings & enquiries. - Answering the phone in a professional and timely manner. - Taking messages and passing all relevant information in the absence of the call recipient. Your Skills and Experiences - Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport. - Experience in Customer Service - Knowledge of country specific rules and regulations relating to the Importation and Exportation of pharmaceutical products. - Excellent understanding of World Geography and awareness of different time zones. - Understanding of transit milestones (COB/POD etc) - Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders. - Excellent time management and problem solving skills. - Good computer skills, Word / Excel / PowerPoint essential LI-DM1 Good Reasons to Join If you would like to become a valued member of our team, we will make sure that you're rewarded for your commitment and expertise.
