We've got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Manchester M17 8AS area.
You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in high street stores and supermarkets on behalf of some exciting brands such as L'Oreal, Rimmel, Collection, Maybelline and MAC. As part of this role, you will help launch a new brand into a name high street store.
About the role:
This role will primarily be based within the M17 postcode.
Confirmed working hours: 13 hours weekly
1. Thursday: 08:00 - 13:00 - 5 hours
2. Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 - 4 hours
3. Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 - 4 hours
Pay Rate: £12.21 (Pay Rate increase from 1st April)
There may be opportunities to work across other categories including, but not limited to, Books and Entertainment, Toys and General Merchandising.
Responsibilities:
* Beauty Knowledge: Become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
* Compliance and Standards: Know and adhere to merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidance.
* Follow and implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
* Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
* Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
* Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
* Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
* Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application.

* Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
* Comfortable with manual handling; moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
* Willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (additional pay provided).
* Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
