Allstaff Manufacturing Division are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader for a well-established manufacturing company in North Lanarkshire. The desired candidate will be required to take charge of process enhancements, efficiency improvements, and cultural change across our UK manufacturing operations. This role is hybrid, but you should be flexible to work onsite for up to 5 days when required and be open to UK-wide travel.
Hours are 40 per week, flexible between 7.30 and 5pm.
Due to the location of the Head Office, it is essential you are able to drive
JOB ROLE:
Work across the various UK sites to drive continuous improvement.
Work to LEAN processes
Coach and empower employees
Develop and conduct robust maturity audits across the business to identify key improvement areas
Train and support staff in the Business Operating System (BOS) toolset.
Oversee the maintenance and recertification of our ISO 9001, 140001 & 450001 accreditation
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
A natural leader and problem solver with a demonstrated sound work ethic
Previous experience of leading and implementing Lean tools including 5S, Root Cause Problem Solving and leading Kaizen events
Proven change management experience.
Proven track record of successfully leading ISO audits, overseeing and maintaining ISO accreditations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present confidently
A formal Lean Six Sigma green or yellow belt qualification is desirable but not essential.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
