Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HIV/Blood Borne Virus specialist nurse within Northumbria Sexual Health's three-tier service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our service to provide care to patients diagnosed with HIV and Hepatitis C. This post requires the successful candidate to work across sites and to carry out some community visits. The service operates Monday to Saturday and you may be required to work between 7am and 7 pm depending on the needs of the service. Developing high quality services that will meet local and national targets while testing and reviewing new approaches and models of care management across an integrated pathway.
