Tech Product Owner for Real Estate business, ensuring systems are performing to expected standards, day to day operations and delivering change projects. Key SME role for business area identified as strategic growth of company. Collaborative working with technology and business teams to solve problems and implement changes. How youll spend your time • You will be the Tech Product Owner responsible for ensuring that applications used by the Real Estate business, such as MRI Horizon, Qube and PMX are fit for purpose which includes managing upgrades, solving BAU issues and implementing strategic enhancements. This requires the person to establish strong relationships with the business to precisely understand their requirements and map them to technical changes. • Key subject matter expertise role, often requiring facilitating and / or actively contributing in large in-person working groups to gathering and documenting requirements for projects such as client on-boardings or business integrations, that may not be fully formed and the technical solution often complex. • Understanding of business processes and applications to troubleshoot, analyse data and reports to provide resolution. Ownership of product change backlog, running steering and prioritisation meetings with senior business stakeholders and working with multiple vendors, external and internal teams for delivering the change per expected standards • Day to day operations management, working with developers validating change deployments, analysing and solving incidents and issues for business to work effectively. Advise users of best practices and how to best use applications. Engaging with various cross functional teams within tech and wider organisation, with good communication and influencing skills to gather teams and work colloboratively towards common goals. • Identifying solution design and supporting implementation of tech and business systems and processes that bring efficiencies, adherence to standards / controls and mitigating risks. Oversight of vendor deliverables and coordination between business and vendor for trouble shooting issues and delivering solutions. • Enthusiastic and proactive who is willing to learn and improve to be part of the Global Alts Asset management technology team.
