Our Leicestershire based clients are looking for a Project Assistant to join them in a full time and permanent role. Working both independently and as part of a team on a range of interesting projects for the commercial sector.
The successful candidate will need to be organised with good communication skills and be able to work well both with internal teams but also externally with suppliers, sites etc.
Ideally the candidate will have experience within an administration role within manufacturing/construction and will be keen to learn and understand how this works to assist with their role and provide future progression.
Responsibilities
* Keep project records and documents up to date, displaying excellent attention to detail
* Managing administration tasks which contribute to the successful program of multiple projects
* Support project managers with information including risk assessments, H&S information and project schedules ensuring company and industry compliance
* Managing digital filing systems and ensuring these are kept up to date and accessible for colleagues
* Working with external suppliers, contractors, sites etc regarding document submissions and approvals.
* Organised, motivated and happy to learn and grow
* Conscientious, good attention to detail and accuracy
* Good administration, computer literate and learns systems easily
* Good communication skills both internally and externally
* A solution finder, able to multitask
* Possesses strong communication skills and can think on their feet
* Enthusiastic, open to learning and developing
