Pay Rate: £95-145 (per day, dependent upon experience) Location: Coventry, CV6 Hours: Flexible (Mon-Fri, term time only) Ideal Person Specification: - GCSEs English & Maths - Previous experience working as a cover supervisor in a UK school - Confident following lesson plans accurately and delivering engaging lessons - Happy to cover various subjects across the secondary curriculum - Confidently manage classroom behaviour and be a strong classroom presence - Have an understanding of special educational needs and how to support children with various learning needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate for education and a dedication to safeguarding If you are a confident and approachable individual with a background within education then this may be the role for you We are seeking a passionate person who has an understanding of the important of continuity of learning for pupils within each classroom.
