General tasks include offering dignified personal care, assistance with meal preparation and medication, home help, companionship and emotional support. The type of person we are looking for is caring, compassionate and patient. It is essential to have a good sense of humor and to have a genuine interest in providing good quality care and support to our clients.

Working Pattern: We believe it is important to have a good work life balance, therefore the shifts are split into two options:
Option1 – Morning/Afternoon shifts (08.00AM-14.15PM)
Option 2 – Afternoon/Late Shifts (14.30PM-10PM)
Weekend work - Alternative weekend required.
These shift patterns should fit around your lifestyle and commitments.
Qualifications
Although experience is preferable for our role, you do not need experience or qualifications in care to apply for our vacancy, as full training is provided. You must be willing to work towards SVQ Health and Social Care Qualification paid for by Home Instead.
