The Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Construction Project Manager will join a flexible and dynamic team of 15 professionals, working across a broad range of schemes.
This position represents an unparalleled opportunity for an aspiring Project Manager who is keen on broadening their workload. The firm is particularly busy across Healthcare but also gets involved in Education & Higher Education, Commercial, Sport & Leisure, Residential, Heritage, and Public sector work.
The incoming Construction Project Manager will oversee numerous projects across various sectors from inception to completion, will have the desire to work in a hands-on project delivery role, both independently and as part of the wider team.
The role comes with flexibility and a great work-life balance, as well as rapid progression opportunities to Senior Project Manager for someone eager to develop.
The Construction Project Manager Must Have:
1. A RICS Accredited / construction related degree qualification
2. Previous Project Manager experience within a UK Consultancy
3. Accreditation from RICS, CIOB, or APM - or working towards Chartership
4. Varied sector experience is ideal (Healthcare experience is highly desirable)
