You are expected to be role models in delivering exceptional guest interactions whilst:
• Undertaking daily cleaning in all facility areas on the resort, including toilet blocks, showers, and communal kitchen and laundry facilities
• Assisting the Hot Tub Technician with changing over water and clearing of hot tubs for each new arrival
• Ensuring chemicals are always at a safe level
• Daily testing of hot tubs
• Reporting any maintenance issues and supporting any repairs of hot tubs
• Ensuring the cleaning and testing standards are upheld whilst working to a deadline
• Clearing up spillages
• Jet Washing
• Strimming
• Supporting the Park Wardens in maintaining the camping and caravan pitches and external presentation of our lodges
• Supporting the accommodation supervisors
• Sharing your park knowledge to answer queries from our guests.
No previous hot tub experience is necessary although this is preferred, as full training will be provided, but a passion for customer services and a great attitude towards learning new things is a must.

• A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences.
• Comfort working outside in all weather.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Confidence when interacting with the public.
• Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training and assessments.
• Possess an ability to work independently, without supervision, and as part of a larger team and enjoy sharing a passion for giving a great guest experience.
This is a seasonal position that requires you to be available to work weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays.
Hours will be rostered in advance. You must also be flexible to meet the peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
