Responsibilities

3. You will collaborate across teams with our UX/UI designers and developers to influence commercial outcomes through data-driven solutions.
4. You will manage A/B and multivariate tests, analyze the results, and ensure insights lead to actionable steps.
5. You will spot trends in user behavior, turning insights into commercial opportunities for our clients.
6. You will consider the entire customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with the brand promise.
7. You will educate clients and colleagues on best practices in CRO and data-driven decision-making.
8. You will engage with clients to understand their business goals, identify opportunities, and maintain clear communication about progress.
9. You will lead interactive CRO workshops with clients and our team to ensure alignment and focus on driving improvements.
Qualifications
1. You have at least 5 years of experience in a CRO-related role within an agency, consultancy, or in-house team.
2. You possess a strong understanding of e-commerce customer behavior and industry trends.
3. You have a demonstrable track record of implementing successful CRO initiatives that support business growth.
4. You are highly numerate with an analytical mindset, with strong experience in A/B testing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Hotjar, or Content Square.
5. You are a great communicator, skilled at telling stories through data, confident in presenting to senior stakeholders, and adept at running workshops.
6. You are passionate about improvement, always looking for new ways to optimize, and stay up to date with the latest CRO tools, techniques, and trends.
