We are a well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor in the hospitality sector, seeking a highly skilled Estimating Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality fit-out projects, preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for hospitality fit-out projects.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or related role.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
