TRC has been requested exclusively by one of the leading providers of specialist complex care in the UK to assist in their search for an Operations Manager, due to organic growth into new areas Our client provides person-centred nurse-led care for adults and children living in their own homes with complex physical disabilities and life-limiting conditions. Their person-centred approach ensures that each person in their care reaches their maximum potential. The Role: Full-time, permanent employment. Manage your own diary. Must be flexible to travel between packages. As an operations manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing a caseload of complex care packages, ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. Ensuring excellent levels of service delivery. Leadership and development of the Community Care Lead team. Performance Management - set and achieve KPI’s, conduct performance reviews, and manage team performance. Ensure operational excellence, overseeing daily operations and key processes. Financial performance, to align with and exceed budget requirements. Developing and maintaining long-standing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Efficient mobilisation and onboarding of new business, in conjunction with the clinical and wider operational teams. Collaborative working with clinical, wider operational and business development teams. Continuous quality improvement, to align with our quality agenda. The most ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: A passion for high-quality complex care. An appetite for growth and success. Proven experience in complex care or homecare management. Commercially astute, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial performance. A solid understanding of CQC regulations and legislative requirements. Strong motivational leader, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage their own diary and partially manage others to meet the needs of the business. The role will oversee around 8000 hours of complex care across the Midlands and the north of England.
