About the role:
Working in partnership with the client, the Associate Programme Director will be a programme lead for digital transformation initiatives. The Associate Programme Director will have sight across any programme initiatives serving as a central point of information and communication.
What you will be doing:
* Understanding global brand level KPI’s and strategic goals
* Managing key internal and external stakeholders
* Development and management of timeline, dependencies and risks
* Requirement gathering to map operational rollout
* Establishing clear guidelines and best practice for the programs
* Developing and embedding change and transformation initiatives across a global team and within the culture
* Driving delivery best practice that leverages the wider OLIVER/IIG network
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process enhancement.
* Playing a role in successfully piloting, operationalizing and implementing new technology (such as automation and GenAI tools) to deliver quality at pace
* Identifying, partnering and leading development and evolving process documentation to better support delivery and business success
* Understanding programme and client KPI’s and determining how we can best demonstrate how the programme delivers on them
* Working with Multi-Disciplinary leads and Operations teams to build and document qualitative and quantitative learnings
What you need to be great in this role:
* 8-10 years of experience of managing integrated campaigns in a creative or production agency, with good knowledge of digital and social media
* 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating success in building successful relationships with mid to senior-level clients
* Experience of leading and developing teams across a number of accounts with experience of 3+ direct reports
* Strong proven project management skills and experience
* Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication on projects
* Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once
* Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own
* Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
