The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality at a managerial level, excellent communication skills, and a guest-focused mindset. Supervise and motivate the night team, providing clear direction. Oversee guest services, promptly addressing needs and resolving complaints. Conduct night audits, preparing and reconciling financial reports. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas. Monitor and report on cash handling and security procedures.
