Our magnificent 35 bed home Hillbrook Grange Care Home, known as Bramhall’s hidden gem, is set in 7 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands, we are situated in the popular location of Bramhall Village, Stockport. The home meets all CQC requirements and provides the highest standards of safety, comfort and care to our residents. We invest in our staff to enhance the experience of our residents.

On a typical day in the home, we have the following staff on duty: Register Manager, Deputy Manager, Front of House Receptionist, Business Manager, HR/ Business Administrator, Chef, GA, Dining room lead, 2 Senior Care Givers, 4 Care Givers, 3 Domestic Staff, Activities Co-ordinator and 3 Maintenance Staff. This ensures that our care givers are free to care for our residents.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Givers to join the team at our care home, our priority is providing the highest quality care at all times to our residents.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Support residents with personal care on a 1-2-1 basis.
2. General assistance and guidance with daily tasks.
3. Working as part of a team to help identify residents’ unique goals and work with Senior Care Givers in developing and implementing personalised care plans.
4. Working alongside our Activities Co-ordinator to help residents explore their interests, physical activities, and ensuring that they are in a stimulating and homely environment.
5. Respecting residents’ rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
6. Supporting residents to remain as active and independent as possible.

If you are new to care do not worry, we have our own in-depth training programme for all new staff members. We will give you all the skills and knowledge you require to start a successful care career. Throughout your career at Hillbrook Grange Care Home, we will give you the opportunity to gain qualifications to progress your care career.
We have full and part time roles available on days and nights - Alternative Weekends Required!

Your pay will start at £10.52 per hour and will increase to £11.52 per hour on completion of all E-Learning and probation period.
