Join AZAD as a Business Analyst and be an impactful contributor in overall business process management strategy, analysis, and development for a Transmission Engineering and Technical Services organization within a regional electric utility. This individual will support projects by providing recommendations to business stakeholders and facilitating the gathering and analysis of information using standard tools and approaches to: help clarify business operations, functions, perform gap analysis, document/map the current and future states, identify solution alternatives, evaluate the alternatives, and define processes.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite work at least one to two days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 - $62.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in information technology, business systems or a closely related technical discipline is highly desired.
2. 8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
3. 10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
4. 12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
5. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of Information Technology, Business Systems, or other related IT specialty.
6. 5 years of experience applying methodology to process improvement and optimization efforts across multiple business units within a defined enterprise.
7. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
8. Technical interview skills sufficient to facilitate group process design/requirements gathering sessions in a business environment.
9. Intermediate proficiency in Visio (flowcharts), MS Project, Access, and SharePoint.
