Typical day as a Senior Client Service Managerthere probably isnt one, however, you will
Lead a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service
Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recordedaccurately and promptly
Manage the contracts, rotas, recruitment, budgets and KPIs, and liaise with NHS stakeholders and commissioners
Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectivesto ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service

You have
The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values
The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them.You must have sound knowledge of mental health.
Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment
Experience of people management

Job details
Flexible working hours across four or five days per week
This is a service-based role, and youll spend 4 or 5 days in the service, supporting the team, and modelling best practice.
On call rota (one in 5) including weekends
You must have strong IT and financial skills, able to use Word and Excel to an intermediate level.
Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
