What you’ll do:
As part of the Commercial team, your responsibilities will include:

* Staying abreast of industry news and conducting research in order to qualify new entrants and business development opportunities.
Here’s what a normal day in the job might look like:
* Running daily checks on business performance, including CRM activity, and presenting the latest trends and opportunities to the team.

* Attending a cross-functional workshop on the build of a new product feature and representing the commercial point of view.
* Using our content management system to make product updates, ensuring that the content on our app is up to date and accurate for customers.
Succeeding in your first few months includes:
* Being inquisitive and proactive in learning about our product and our business goals. By the end of probation, you should be able to articulate how we engage and monetize customers.
* Understanding the key metrics we track (KPIs) as a business and as a commercial team. By the end of probation, you should have a clear view of how we can influence these.
* Developing trusted relationships with your set external partners. By the end of probation, you should be seen as the primary point of contact in these relationships.
* Mastering day-to-day operations including managing partner relationships, reporting and analysis. By the end of probation, you should confidently own and deliver these key operations.
Here’s what we think you’ll need to succeed in this role:
* You are numerate and enjoy interrogating data and trends in order to draw insights and make recommendations.
* You are organised and efficient, which means you’re comfortable working on several projects at the same time.
* You have great written and verbal communication skills and can use these to build strong internal and external relationships.
* You are excited by the opportunity to join a young business, and a high-performance team.
We know people, especially those from marginalised backgrounds, may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet all the requirements. Please apply anyway. We don’t expect you to be the complete package, just show us you have ambition and a willingness to learn.
