Job Details: Business Support Administrator

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team and provide vital administrative support to our recovery services. This role is key in ensuring that client records are well-maintained, performance targets are met, and operational processes run smoothly. As part of our team, you will help ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality services to individuals on their recovery journey.
As a Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Client Case File Management: Review and maintain client case files to ensure compliance with service baselines and key performance targets. Present findings to the team to inform decision-making and ensure quality standards are met.
* Data Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor and update spreadsheets to maintain accurate client data. Provide feedback to the management team regarding data accuracy and performance to ensure continuous improvement.
* Monthly Data Upload: Ensure the timely and accurate upload of data spreadsheets at the end of each month for reporting purposes.
* Client Record Auditing: Audit client records to ensure regular client contacts, accurate case notes, and proper documentation (e.g., workbooks, vocational profiles, consents). Provide detailed monthly reports to the Senior Employment Specialist regarding your findings.
* Employer Outreach and Engagement: Proactively reach out to hard-to-reach, large employers via email to promote the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) service, fostering local employment opportunities for clients in recovery.
* Reporting and Quality Improvement: Compile and produce reports to contribute to quality improvement efforts and performance analysis, ensuring that the service consistently meets client needs and industry standards.
* Team Collaboration and Meetings: Actively participate in team meetings as a member of both the Administration and Individual Placement and Support teams.
* Cross-Team Support: Provide support to the Single Point of Contact and Criminal Justice admin teams as required.
* Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate client information and other data into relevant systems to ensure consistency and reliability of records.
About you
To succeed as a Business Support Administrator, you will ideally have:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in administrative support, ideally in a health, social care, or charitable setting.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in managing client records and data.
* Ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including employers and clients.
* Familiarity with data management and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
* A commitment to supporting individuals in their recovery journey, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and sensitive information handling.
