Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:
* Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
* Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & buyers
* Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
* Following office procedures & policies
* Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
* Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
* Registering applicants and attending viewings
* All pre & post follow-up for appointments conducted
* Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
* Ad hoc valuations
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed:
* Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months experience
* Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* Solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
* Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
* Well spoken and well presented
* Target driven and ambitious
