A hands-on, enthusiastic and experienced SALES MANAGER is required to join a privately owned independent Sales and Service specialist, who have been operating for over 90 successful years!
Renowned for their expertise and dedication to a well-known niche-prestige brand, the business has grown and flourished, now undertaking Sales and Servicing to vehicles of all brands, whilst being committed to high standards of customer service and quality.
They now require a Sales Manager to lead the department to the achievement of its objectives.
Activities will include:
1. Leading the smaller team to maximise the sales performance of high-quality used vehicles.
2. Control stock turn, preparation (speed and costs), pricing and marketing.
3. Ensure the department is compliant with all applying legislation, and that sales processes are followed.
4. Personally take the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing the sale – ensuring every customer receives a quality standard of service.
5. Regularly meet with the Managing Director / Company Owner to discuss departmental performance and future strategies to achieve success.

Working structure is Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week) and alternate Sundays – 10am to 4pm.
To be considered you must have previous automotive Sales Management experience – as a Sales Manager, Transaction or Business Manager. You will be a team focused individual with a very “hands-on” style who is willing to multitask in an effort to maximise sales volume, profitability and customer service.
A full Driving Licence without excess penalty points is essential.
