Customer Service Advisor
We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Wenvoe, Cardiff. As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
The main purpose of your role is to provide a property management and tenancy administration support service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out in time and to agreed standards and co-ordinate and arrange relevant statutory safety checks.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Customer Service Advisor:
1. Outstanding Customer Service skills
2. Solid administration skills
3. Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
4. Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
