About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to identify and engage potential clients for Cyber Energia. This role is crucial in driving our sales pipeline and expanding our customer base. This role is perfect for a sales professional early on in their career, looking to help scale out a game-changing enterprise software company and develop their sales career.
Reporting to the Sales Executive, you will join a dynamic team of driven professionals, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from senior members. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills, contribute meaningfully, and grow within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, research, and engage potential business opportunities for Cyber Energia.
2. Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate high-quality leads.
3. Collaborate with the sales executive to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
4. Utilise product knowledge to educate prospects on Cyber Energia's offerings and value propositions.
5. Maintain and update lead data in our CRM (HubSpot).
6. Track and analyse lead generation performance using reporting tools.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to refine outreach strategies.
A Day in the Life
As a Sales Associate at Cyber Energia, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business opportunities. You will be actively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their cyber security needs, and introducing them to Cyber Energia's solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are key to success. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.
Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
3. Entry-level experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (active listening).
6. A genuine interest in cyber security and renewables sector.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in the energy sector, technology, or a start-up environment.
2. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and lead conversion strategies.
4. Ability to analyse data and provide insights to optimise lead generation efforts.
