Kickstart Your Career in Building Maintenance! Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the trade industry while learning a qualification? We are offering an exciting Multi Trade Operative Apprenticeship within our Responsive Repairs team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, where you can develop essential skills in building maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment operations, and complete a Level 2 NVQ in Property Maintenance.
What You’ll Do:
* Assist in a variety of responsive repair works, both internal and external.
* Gain experience in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, decorating, and other trade skills.
* Maintain records of work completed and materials used.
* Follow health and safety regulations and attend emergency call-outs when required.
* Support the team in identifying maintenance and repair issues.
* Receive structured training through on-site experience and classroom-based learning.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade 4 or above), including English and Maths.
* A keen interest in building maintenance and repair work.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
* Physical ability to carry out tasks, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
