We are currently recruiting for aChef de Rang to join the Front of House Team, with the opportunity to earn £40,000.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
The responsibilities of the Chef de Rangare:
* Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts
* Present and serve food to the guests with proper sequence and timing, mentioning the name of the dish to the client and explain some of the dishes when requested to do so.
* Take Starter/Main Course and side dish order on a pad with position number
The Experience & Qualifications required as Chef de Rang are:
* Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private members club advantageous
The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
