TSR Legal are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join a reputable local law firm in Talbot Green. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. You will support our legal team with essential administrative duties and help ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients, visitors, and callers with a courteous and professional manner, ensuring all guests feel comfortable and valued.
* Answer incoming calls, take detailed messages, and handle client inquiries via email, routing them appropriately.
* Schedule client appointments and consultations, maintaining an organised calendar for the legal team.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, and assist with filing, copying, and scanning of documents as needed.
* Update client records and case files with accuracy and confidentiality, using the firm’s case management software.
* Track and reorder office supplies, manage meeting room bookings, and help ensure a clean and organised workspace.
* Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including preparing documents for meetings, data entry, and special projects as needed.
