As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be the front line of innovation—installing, configuring, and supporting cutting-edge systems that change lives. You’ll provide both on-site and remote technical support, ensuring that customer issues are resolved with precision and care. Responsibilities
* Reproduce customer environment and run tests
* Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
* Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
* Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware.
What We’re Looking For:
· A multi-talented problem-solver with a blend of engineering and IT expertise.
· A BTEC/HNC in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in IT.
· 1+ years of experience in a technical support/installation role, ideally within electronics or Fire & Security industries.
