Position: Customer Service Advisor (Membership Support Advisor)
Salary: up to £25,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick CV34, hybrid based, 2 WFH, 3 in office. No flexibility on that
Working Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/w
Coventry Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be representing a company within the properties sector. Our client is steadily growing and is in need of an extra Membership Support Advisor to help their Members with general tenancy & lettings contract queries.
Membership Support Advisor Duties Include:
* Answering queries via telephone, providing support or signposting legal & compliance queries from members (1st point of call)
* Logging accurate data and member discussions on the CRM system.
* Promoting/signposting FAQs, factsheets, and legislation & policy guidance to members.
* Helping review and complete existing legal documents and templates.
* Escalating legal queries where applicable.
* Keeping up to date with property policies & legislations and the general property industry.
The phonelines operate from 10am until 4pm to ensure that the advisors have time to deal with any outstanding queries/admin duties.
Membership Support Advisor Person Specification:
The person would either be:
1. Excellent customer service skills, with eloquent communication skills.
2. A lettings expert is ideal but not essential as training will be given (Estate Agent, Lettings Agent, someone who understands lettings legality and contracts).
3. Good researching skills and experience.
Other Essential Skills and Experience Needed:
* Professional manner and clear communication skills.
* Customer service experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure/in a fast-paced environment.
* Eager to self-develop to continue being the expert in your field.
