MJ Holding Company, LLC is the largest North American distributor of trading cards (including gaming, sports, and entertainment), related trading card supplies, collectibles, toys, and hot trend items. MJH is looking for an Operations Coordinator for our Canada warehouse. The Operations Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the Operations team in tracking operational costs/ labor reporting. This position provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, including but not limited to; warehouse employee activity coordination, mail distribution, special projects and additional clerical duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Record and maintain operations costs and labor reporting. Assume all clerical duties related to outbound Chicago Shipments – Pallet Summary/Master Requests. Create and coordinate work orders for production runs, assist with set-up. Coordinate and process all sample request, Staff purchases, consumer complaints, office planogram re-sets Assist in managing and ordering supplies including production consumables ( PDQ’s) Assist with Temp staffing orientation process (assign lockers, complete safety documents, facilities tour, onboarding, policies and practices). Authorize entrance(s) to visitors through main entrance. Issue visitor’s passes and maintain visitor logs. Maintain the door access key card program. Assign and delete access cards as needed. Keep HS team informed of any safety irregularities within the building. Be a first point of contact for Safety/Security in case of an emergency event. Manage incoming, outgoing packages and mail ensuring it is delivered to the appropriate recipients. Assist with HR related functions: Update communications board, birthday board, postings, seasonal office décor. Organize and update files as needed Requirements Competencies Strong administrative and customer service skills. Education High School Diploma or GED required Experience Minimum of one to three (1 - 3) years of job-related front desk/receptionist experience in Office or Warehouse environment.
