Are you looking for a Gas Plumber role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company?
VANRATH are recruiting a Gas Plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week.

£31,600 + van / fuel card / package

Key Responsibilities:
* Understand the aims and objectives of the business and your service area, together with your role in service delivery
* Ensure that the services provided are to the highest quality/standard with due recognition of client and customer requirements and ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with customer care values and Equal Opportunities Policies
* Participate in a team working approach to the allocation of duties, supporting and working effectively with colleagues to provide good working relationships within the service
* Planning and prioritising work within recognised safe systems and in accordance with all aspects of health and safety legislation at all times
* Undertake any training as identified through the performance review process continually seeking improvement and developing best practice.
The Ideal Person:
* Domestic Gas ACS Elements CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, MET1, CMDDA1
* NVQ / City and Guilds Craft Certificate and Advanced Craft Certificate in Plumbing and Heating
* Valid CSR card
* Previous trades experience in similar role
* Up to date relevant industry knowledge
* Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
* Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
* Previous experience working within the Construction Industry
* Ideally have experience working within the Social Housing sector
