You will be working alongside the highly skilled and respected Logistics team based at East Midlands Airport. The Role: As a Network Material Coordinator you will be part of a dynamic team running a 24/7 AOG desk in support of the DHL Global Air Fleet. You will also be responsible to ensure DHL Air (UK) is compliant with all HMRC process and procedures at all times. You will be required to control and manage aircraft components in support of the DHL Global operation and also fulfil all Procurements requirements. The Requirements: • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications. • A thorough understanding of the Aviation Logistics Industry. • Flexible working is required in covering the live DHL network operations. • Previous experience in procurement processes is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. The Person: • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative without supervision. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload. • Great attention to detail and be able to adhere to policies and procedures. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. • Excellent team working skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with stakeholders across the globe. • The ability to multi task and to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines is essential.
