Our client based in Lowestoft has a clear and definitive growth path over the next 5 years, and due to expansion and successful contract wins, they have an exciting opportunity for you to join their expanding team as an additional Service Delivery Coordinator, who oversee large contracts within their Maintenance arm of the business. The Coordinator role will be hugely varied, versatile and evolving as the business continues on this growth path, offering you a great opportunity for development.
Some of the duties within the Service Delivery Coordinator role, will include;
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the project admin, office processes and systems
Provide excellent administrative support to the project team
Support the coordination of personnel for each project including travel clearance and requirements – manage the offshore crew planner
Be an effective interface with internal and external personnel and suppliers
Coordinate all shipping of equipment or resources to / from sites
Maintain and distribute offshore operations weekly movements log
Collate work packs and all relevant documentation for each project
