Fuelled by their ongoing growth and success they are seeking a seasoned and ambitious audit consultant to spearhead their newly created Internal Audit function. The Role:
* Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
* Develop strategy and delivery methodology.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery.
* Conduct and oversee internal audits across various business units and functions, including risk management, compliance, and financial reporting.
* Provide internal audit action plans and recommendations.
* Oversee the execution of audit deliveries against KPI's and SLA's.
* Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations and proposal development.
The Person:
* Previous internal audit experience at a senior level.
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - desirable not essential.
* Deep understanding of internal audit methodologies and the expectations of the regulator.
* Proven experience in service delivery across multiple projects.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Highly driven with the ability and determination to deliver results.
