Hitachi Astemo is looking for an individual to join our team as a Human Resources Recruiting Intern at the Greenfield, IN location.
In this role, and under the direct supervision of the AM Region Talent Strategy and Marketing Manager, the Intern will support Human Resource functions as they relate to recruiting activity. The purpose of this position is to assist and provide support for future High School and College Intern programs as well as upcoming Graduation hiring activity.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
* Ability to work 40 hours per week during the agreed upon Internship period.
* Must have transportation to and from Greenfield, IN facility. (Not a remote position)
* Working on associate or bachelor’s degree or have been accepted into and planning on attending a post-secondary education facility for HR, Administration, Management, Business/Marketing, or similar programs.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assigned project for completion during the duration of the Internship.
* Research promotional material, calculate cost, present to management, order and prepare.
* Enhance current High School and College Internship programs.
* Develop and prepare promotional printed material linking to Astemo hiring websites.
* Develop College Career Fair plan, including marketing set-up (banners) and open job messaging (work with plant departments on upcoming needs for Dec/May graduates).
* Other duties as assigned.

* Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting.
* Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the workday.
* Ability to lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds.
* Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen.

Indoors or Outdoors, with varying levels of noise and smells.
