Role as a Trainee
* Initially working as a Trainee, your role will be primarily sourcing candidates for open job vacancies.
* Headhunting
* Cold-calling
* Managing candidates through a job process.
The Training
* Your training will be led by the CEO and founders. You will also work alongside a performance coach dedicated to supporting mental health and driving a high-performing attitude.
* There is a 12-week initial training scheme and ongoing training, development, and support throughout your time with the business.
Your First Six Months
* 86% of Trainees are promoted within their first six months. There is a good chance this will be you.
* Opportunity to qualify for their Lunch Clubs that are held monthly (Think London's top restaurants)
