Facilities: They provide 24-hour in-patient care and have a range of state-of-the-art equipment including medical grade CT Scanner, Ultrasound suite, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray & comprehensive Orthopaedic, Endoscopic, and Laparoscopic kit to support their service offering.
Team: They are passionate people – it’s all about what they do and how they do it - they are most definitely not afraid to think creatively about practice life & how they can make each day that little bit better for everyone. They have a team of talented Vets, supported by a dedicated Nurse team, led by a Practice Managers & Practice Director. Their nurses (many of whom are certificate holders with special interests) assist the vets in clinics to maximise patient care and client support opportunities, as well as running a comprehensive range of Nurse Clinics. They see a wide variety of clients and cases.
Role: We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Clinical Director to join our client's established and dedicated team.
Duties:
* As Clinical Director, you'll lead and support the development of the group's clinical service with the support of their Practice Director. In addition to this, you'll experience diverse cases, help lead their clinical team, operations, and have the opportunity to develop the Referral Service Offering and develop the Hospital In-patient service.

Hours: Their flexible approach to rota patterns can truly enrich your work-life balance. They would welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. Typically, the full-time position is over 4/5 days with a share of the weekend rota (1 in 6 Saturday mornings). They also have an on-call rota.
Applicant Requirements: They are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Veterinary Surgeon who has previous management experience.
Salary: They are offering an excellent salary of up to £82,500 p/a FTE - reflective of skills and experience.
