Reference: 76e1fb49 I am a disabled lady having support and care at my home from my husband together with a team of Personal Assistants (PAs). My home address is in Saltford (which is on the main A4 between Bath and Bristol). This team of Personal Assistants help with my personal care and support needs as necessary as well as undertaking a range of domestic tasks. I am on direct payments funding from Bath and North East Somerset Council to enable me to employ PAs for my care and support needs. I am currently looking for someone to join my team to work some regular weekday hours and if possible one weekend morning shift a month. Later afternoon/evening weekend working is also available. Please get in touch if interested in working all or just some of these shifts. I require someone to work every Tuesday evening (or possibly another weekday evening as an alternative day). Evening weekday shifts are usually 3.50hrs in length with a start time of 7pm but some negotiation possible on this. Also require someone to work a 3hrs shift on alternate Friday afternoons. In addition morning Weekend shifts are available on a rota basis with other PAs (approx one a month). Saturday or Sunday afternoon/early evening shifts available. Weekend Morning shifts are usually 4hours and weekend afternoon/evening shifts are 3hours. Weekday shifts are paid at £12.60 per hour and Weekend shifts at £13.20 per hour. The Bank Holiday rate is £13.60 per hour. There is also the option of undertaking holiday or sickness cover for other PAs and other weekday or weekend hours can be available at times. These hours of work will be contracted with 5.6 weeks paid leave per year based on regular working hours - to include Bank Holidays (as per the Statutory Leave Entitlement). Any candidate needs to be female due to the personal care nature of the work. A non smoker is required and will please need to know any candidate's Covid vaccination status. Experience is helpful but not essential as training will be given.
