An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join a specialist services provider based in Ringwood as an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis, offering a hybrid working pattern and a salary between £26,000 and £28,000.
You will be reporting to the Finance Manager and work as part of a friendly, close-knit finance team.
As an Accounts Assistant, your duties will include:
1. Monitoring the purchase and sales ledgers and allocation of payments.
2. Reconciling bank accounts and statements.
3. Supporting the team manager in preparing monthly reports and year-end accounts.
4. Ad hoc project-based finance tasks when required.
5. General finance admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of the finance function.
The suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
1. Previous experience within a similar Accounts Assistant role.
2. Strong ability to effectively organise workload.
3. Key attention to detail, confidentiality, and methodical approach.
